Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the interior design and execution services provided by Cafer Intero. By approving a quotation, making an advance payment, or commencing work, the client agrees to the following:

Scope of Work: Limited strictly to items mentioned in the approved quotation or drawings. Any additional work will be charged separately.

Pricing & Taxes: All prices are exclusive of GST. Any change in applicable taxes will be borne by the client.

Exclusions: Loose furniture, appliances, debris removal, and movable furnishings are not included unless specified.

Payment Terms:

-40% advance before commencement

-40% upon 75% work completion

-20% within 2 days of project completion

Delayed payments may pause work and affect timelines. Payments are non-refundable once work begins.Design & Approvals: Designs and renders are indicative. Delays in approvals or extra revisions may impact cost and timelines.

Timelines: Project timelines are indicative and dependent on approvals, payments, site conditions, and material availability.

Materials: Natural variations in materials are inherent and not considered defects.

Client Responsibilities: Site access, electricity, water, and storage must be provided by the client.

Intellectual Property: All designs remain the property of Cafer Intero until full payment is received.

Termination & Liability: Payments for completed work remain payable. Liability is limited to fees received.

Jurisdiction: Governed by Indian law, subject to local court jurisdiction.
